Lights, Laughter & a Little Friendly Rivalry at Hills Kennel Club Championship Show
Dalwhinnie Bitch CC • Nobel Dog CC • Dalwhinnie Best of Breed • Best Intermediate Gundog in Show✨ A night show with extra sparkle
There’s something about a night show that feels a little more theatrical. The lights come on, the atmosphere softens, and the whole evening takes on a relaxed but buzzing energy. The Hills Kennel Club Championship Show delivered exactly that — a fun night out, great company, and rings that felt alive with anticipation.
🥂 The best kind of show night
Beyond the wins, this was one of those shows that reminds us why we love doing this — relaxed conversations ringside, shared smiles, and dogs who clearly enjoyed being part of the action. A proper fun night, the kind that sends you home tired, happy, and already planning the next outing.
Well done, Dalwhinnie. And as always, Nobel — thank you for being such a good sport when family competition gets involved.

Dalwhinnie claimed the Bitch Challenge Certificate, showing herself with growing maturity and poise.
-
Nobel followed with the Dog Challenge Certificate, steady and reliable, doing exactly what he does best.
And just like that, the stage was set.

🐾 "A familiar face-off for Best of Breed"
With Challenge Certificates in hand, Dalwhinnie and Nobel met head-to-head for Best of Breed — one of those moments that always feels special when it’s “house versus house.” Both dogs showed beautifully, and it was a pleasure to watch them work the ring together.
On the night, the nod went to Dalwhinnie, who took Best of Breed, her confidence and balance shining under lights.

🏆 "From Best of Breed to
Best Intermediate Gundog in Show"
Dalwhinnie wasn’t finished yet. Carrying her momentum into group judging, she stepped out with purpose and presence, shortlisted for Best GunDog in Show and finishing the evening on a high with Best Intermediate Gundog in Show. A wonderful result, and a testament to how nicely she’s maturing both mentally and physically.
