FIRST SHOWS FOR 2026
✨ A glittering start to the show year
The show year opened like a fresh canvas, and our Aneiraby Goldens were clearly ready to leave their pawprints across it.
There’s a special energy at those first shows of the year — polished shoes, brushed coats, last-minute bait prep, and that familiar hum of anticipation as the judge steps into the ring. We headed out for a couple of fun evenings under lights, champagne in hand, dogs shining like burnished gold.
⭐ Nobel — Best of Breed
Nobel owned the ring with his usual effortless presence, coming away with Best of Breed. He moved with reach, drive and that unmistakable Nobel quiet confidence,
🌟 Olwyn — Reserve Challenge
Our elegant girl Olwyn was awarded Reserve Challenge, standing out for her composure and lovely outline. Still building her show career, she handled the atmosphere with maturity beyond her years, showing the promise we see in her every day at home.
🌊 Dalwhinnie — Intermediate of Breed
Dalwhinnie stepped up beautifully in the Intermediate class, earning Intermediate of Breed with style. She is maturing into a beautifully balanced bitch, and it was wonderful to see her confidence and ring craft coming together so neatly.
🎥 Moments we’ll keep forever
Beyond the ribbons, one of the highlights of the weekend was capturing great videos of the dogs in action thank you Emmi — the smooth trot, the sharp turns, and those fleeting moments of connection between handler and dog that make showing so special. These clips are already tucked safely into the Aneiraby memory vault.
All in all, a cracking start to 2026. We can’t wait to see what the rest of the year brings.
